Oswald goes out into Big City to get some cocoa and a newspaper for Henry, who has a bad case of the Arctic Sniffles. But a rain cloud chases Oswald and Weenie until a rainstorm makes Oswald catch a cold.
In the scene in which Oswald makes his breakfast, the only items he has in his tentacles are a bowl, a bottle of milk, and a cereal box. In the next scene, when Oswald and Weenie are eating their breakfast, Oswald has a spoon not seen previously that he uses to scoop cereal from his bowl.
This episode is often called, simply, "Sniffles".
At the beginning of the episode, Oswald pours milk from a glass bottle into his cereal. When he and Weenie are next shown eating their breakfast, the bottle of milk disappears.
When Oswald and Weenie visit Henry in his apartment room after he calls them, the hot water bottle on his head has a gray-colored end. When the bottle is next shown, it has a bright blue end.
Daisy, Catrina, Pongo, Buster, Cactus Pete, Cactus Polly, Sammy Starfish, Bingette Bunny, Laverne, and Roderick are absent.
