Sammy Starfish does not know who Oswald and Weenie are in this episode. However in the Pet Show, he knows there names making this a continuity error.

When Sammy sings the part, "Dream come true...", the characters who stand up and go back to their seats are a female paper doll that he draws on her body which is a star, Madame Butterfly, and Henry, who catches Madame Butterfly in his arms as his wings.
When the audience including Bingo and Roderick clap, Henry, Madame Butterfly, and Daisy don't join in, but they look at each other, feeling surprised.
This episode marks the only appearances of Madame Butterfly with her red hat and red necklace and the purple squid drummer himself.
Oswald has a chance to become a star when the tickets are sold out.
The episode ends when tulips are thrown onstage instead of roses, making Sammy Starfish return and welcome Oswald, the star, who takes a final bow and takes off his hat.
The customers have the same voices as Daisy and Oswald.

In this episode, "Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Extra! Extra! Sammy Starfish performing tonight for one night only! Get your tickets now." is said by the Bug Newsboy, except it was actually a male paper doll dressed up like one, but only with a satchel and wearing a homemade hat.
In this episode, Freddy is working at a ticket stand, but when the tickets are gone, he tries to search for tickets, but he sadly shows a button, which is sewn on clothes, and a donut, which is his favorite.
In this episode, Freddy, dressed up as a ticket man, appears in medium brown, not in light brown.
