Flippy is a minor character in Oswald. Description[]Flippy is a high-spirited fish. Oswald and Weenie purchased her from the pet store, but took her to the Big City Aquarium when she became too large to keep as a pet. Appearance[]Flippy is mostly orange, with black eyes. She has a dark orange streak along the back of her short dorsal fin. Flippy's mouth is light orange. Episode Appearances[]Flippy has only appeared in one episode of Oswald, "Flippy the Fish".
